Packet pickup
- Thursday, October 25 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Cannon Student Center on Main Street in Banner Elk.
- At light in town turn north on Hwy. 194 go one block student center on left.
Friday, October 26
- If there is a packet to be picked up you will need to go to the gym at the race venue.
- Turn on Hickory Nut Gap Road before you come to main campus on Hwy. 184. Gym will be on left.
- Go to main lobby for information and pick up
Riders' Meetings
- Thursday, October 23 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, October 24 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday, October 25 6:00 p.m.
- Cannon Student Center on campus.
- At light in town turn north on Hwy 194. Cannon Student Center is one block on left.
Cross Country Race
- Friday, October 24
- Parking will be at athletics facility on Hickory Nut Gap Road.
- Turn on Hickory Nut Gap road before reaching campus on Hwy. 184. Parking will be ahead on left.
- Please follow signs and parking attendants.
Down Hill Race and Practice
- Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25
- Sugar Mountain Resort
- 3 miles from campus on Hwy. 184.
- From campus go east on Hwy. 184 to blinking light at entrance of Sugar Mountain.
- Follow signs to the lodge. Parking and lift at lodge.
Short Track
- Saturday, October 25
- Athletics facilities on Hickory Nut Gap Road. Turn left on Hickory Nut Gap Road before reaching campus. Parking will be at gym on left.
- Please follow signs and parking attendants.
Dual Slalom
- Sunday, October 26
- Athletic facilities on Hickory Nut Gap Road. Turn left on Hickory Nut Gap Road before reaching campus on Hwy. 184. Parking will be at gym on left.
- Please follow signs and parking attendants.
